  Service has got awful call up for a taxi 12 hours earlier than it's needed and get told that they're fully booked noticed that the company has got worse and worse as time goes on. I have used County from when it first started with 6 cars and services was exceptional back then now its massive and clearly doesn't give a f**k about its customers. Credit given where due the majority of drivers recently has been the reason for our custom haven't still went their way but after tonight once again but the person on the other end of the fone has let them down to the point that they have just lost good customers that use the service multiple times daily recommend that people do them selfs the favour and cut straight to the chase and call someone else like lothian cars at least their phone staff are polite
